FREE UK DELIVERY

UK delivery is free, shipped via DPD guaranteed for delivery on the next day after dispatch (including Saturdays and Sundays). We can’t guarantee next day delivery to the Highlands and Islands.

Stock permitting, orders are usually dispatched on the same day.  Our courier delivers 7-days a week.  You will receive a notification via email when you order has been dispatched.  The next morning, you will receive a message from the courier confirming your delivery slot.  You can re-schedule delivery to another time to suit you. Unfortunately for security reasons, we do not allow deliveries to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. 

You will need to sign for your order when we deliver it. If you are not available when we deliver it, our courier will leave a calling card with instructions to collect your order from a local depot or re-schedule delivery at another time.  

CLICK & COLLECT

If you prefer to collect your order from our showroom, then please choose this option when you checkout.   You must bring photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), along with the credit card and proof of the cardholder’s address.  If the item you want to order is in the shop, then we can fulfill your order immediately.  If the item you want is in the workshop, then please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive in-store. We will let you know when the order is ready to collect via email.  

 

PRESENTATION

All orders are sent out in plain outer packing with no mention of the Antwerp Diamond Company on the outside. Every gift inside is presented in a cardboard packer.  If the item you ordered is a surprise present, the wording on the packaging will not give any indication to contents.
